Internship Description Name: Web Guru
Internship Description: We are looking for someone who is an energetic, out-of-the box thinker, with an entrepreneurial bent, good design sense, and knowledge and interest in web building to help us continue to build and grow our web. Duties will include building web pages using our current templates, researching cutting edge modalities for making web interface more user friendly and marketing savvy, creating written reports on research findings, and helping to implement our web model in stores.
Ideal Candidate:Must be willing to stretch yourself, think creatively in terms of problem-solving and interface, have a real desire to test your edge and leap in with enthusiasm, and would be proud to help launch a hot new business (that will look great on your resume.) Must also be responsible, mature, know how to meet deadlines, and realistically have the time for this internship. Technical requirements: Must know Dreamweaver and Photoshop, and have built at least one web, even if it is your own.
Benefits: Resume/portfolio building and mentoring. Can set own hours. Will be working virtually and with CEO. 25% discount on Synergie products. Once we have paid positions, our interns will have first priority—key in a shrinking job market.
Timeline: Current and ongoing. Prefer 150 hours over 10 weeks
